The focus of Rectitude Training, LLC is to use physical training in Use of Force or self-defense applications so, when necessary, our behavior is righteous. We will use the latest research combined with combative sports (jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and boxing) along with scenario based training and integrate them into the weapons-based environment for the law enforcement officer as well as the civilian defender.
Law Enforcement has always been under scrutiny and rightfully so. When you work for the public, there should be an educated review. The harshest of reviews should come from the profession itself. If you have high expectations of this profession, you should support relevant training that occurs frequently and consistently. This type of training is the only way for a police officer to have skills performed with automaticity. If you expect “Behavior that is righteous,” then you need to support police officers who train frequently and consistently.
Rectitude Training, LLC is now a "Prefferred Provider" for Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA). IRMA is one of the largest risk management agencies in the Chicagoland area and has served public entities for over 35 years.
Rectitude does not only apply to law enforcement; it applies to the civilian defender as well. We will contextualize the concepts used in law enforcement training and apply them to you.
