Get Up!

Service Description

When you bring up ground fighting, many people who don't understand it will say "I'll just get up!" When you ask then if they train it they have a blank stare and begin to stammer. Sorry, but you won't "just get up!" You need to understand how you are being pinned and what you need to do to start the process of getting up. This is an 8 hour course that will force you to do multiple reps under progressive resistance. Its the only way you'll become close to getting good enough to "just get up!"
